Henry Cheng is a California-licensed REALTOR® and mortgage loan officer, and the owner and manager of Cypress Hill Group. He began his financial-services career as a personal banker in 2012, transitioned fully into mortgage lending in 2014, and built hands-on experience across mortgage operations and underwriting.
That operational background helps Henry guide clients through the details behind a successful loan—not only choosing a program, but also preparing documentation, understanding tradeoffs, and anticipating the steps between pre-approval and closing. He works with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, and real estate investors on purchase, refinance, and home-equity strategies.
